At Jonesies Children's Shop, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. If the fit isn't perfect or you've changed your mind, we are here to make the exchange or refund process as smooth as possible.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
